To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the parish of St Giles without Cripplegate And to
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St Margaretts Westminster in the Said
County.

Whereas itt appeareth unto as two of his Maties Justices of
the peace for the Said County (quoyouns) by the Compliant
of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St Giles without Cripplegate Mary Haydon< no role >
aged about three yeares old is lately brought into
the Said parish Endeavouring to gains a Settlement
there Contrary to Law And whereas itt appeareth
unto as that the Said [..] Mary Hayden< no role > is Soe
poor that She is not able to maintain herself
Soe that She will unavoidably become a great
charge to the Said parish of St [..] Giles without
Cripplegate (if not Speedily prevented) And whereas
itt alsoe appeareth unto as upon the Examinacon of
Elizabeth Harrison< no role > mother of the Said Mary
Haydon
< no role > that She come from and out of the
parish of St Margarett Westminster in the Said
County where the Said Mary Haydon< no role > was born
And that She hath not gained any legall
Settlement elsewhere Therefore upon the proofe
aforesaid We doe adjudge and deem the last legall
Settlement of the Said Mary Haydon< no role > to be in the
Said parish of St Margaretts Westminster in the
Said County

These are therefore in his Maties name Shaitly to
change and Command you and every of you
forthwith upon Sight hereof to remove & Convey
the Said Mary Haydon< no role > from and not of the Said
parish of St Giles without Cripplegate to the Said
parish of St Margarett Westminster and deliver
her to the Churhwardens and Overseers of the
poor of there who are hereby required to provide
for her according to Law hereof fail not att
your perills Given under our hands and Seales
this 16 day of October Anno Dui 1714 .
