The Report of the Committee appointed in February<lb></lb>
Session last to take into consideration the Building a New House<lb></lb>
of Correction on a Scale adapted to the Ground purchased of the<lb></lb>
Quakers together with the Scite of the present House of Correction<lb></lb>
and to prepare a Plan or Plans for that purpose which was presented<lb></lb>
in May Session last and entered among the proceedings of the Court<lb></lb>
at that Session being called for and read A Motion was now<lb></lb>
made that the Court do proceed to the appointment of a Surveyor<lb></lb>
for the building a House of Correction for this County.</p>
<p n="440">In the Course of the debate a Letter and a Roll of Paper<lb></lb>
was delivered into the Court and the said Letter was read and is<lb></lb>
as follows Vizt.</p>
