A Motion was now made that the further consideration of the<lb></lb>
subject matter of the said Report and whether the Court should<lb></lb>
agree with the Quakers for the purchase of their Interest in the Ground<lb></lb>
and Buildings held by them under a Lease from this County upon the<lb></lb>
Terms proposed by them be postponed till the County day of the next<lb></lb>
Session of the Peace to be holden for this County and upon holding up<lb></lb>
of hands there appeared for the Motion 16 against it 14 Whereupon<lb></lb>
the Question was declared to be carried in the Affirmative</p>

A Motion was made that as several Gentlemen in<lb></lb>
the Commission of the peace for this County have associated together<lb></lb>
to form a Rotation Office for the Administration of Justice within the<lb></lb>
Divisions of <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55607_geo2222">Holbourn</rs>

<interp inst="LMSMGO55607_geo2222" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
and <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMGO55607_geo2223">Finsbury</rs>

. places remote from any<lb></lb>
establishment of the kind. & in the center of dissipation; and as<lb></lb>
there are several Rooms in the Basement Story of the Sessions house<lb></lb>
unappropriated, and detached from that part where the Business<lb></lb>
of the County is carried on: and as such an Establishment has<lb></lb>
heretofore been conducted in the Old Sessions house; and as it is<lb></lb>
intended that it shall not be any cause of Expence to the County, and<lb></lb>
as they have not a wish to exclude any Gentlemen in the Commission<lb></lb>
of the Peace that will unite with them the Room at present occupied<del>by</del>

for the same purpose near the Sub Hall, with the Room near adjoining<lb></lb>
thereto, be used for the aforesaid Meeting, during such time as the<lb></lb>
Sessions shall approve thereof and the same was carried in the<lb></lb>
