adjudg to be unwarrantable & illegal, and that the<lb></lb>

For his Two Maid Servants Two Shillings<lb></lb>
Sometimes for his Coachman One Shilling<lb></lb>
And on the Conviction of every Person Committed for not<lb></lb>
paying the Penalty where a Certificate to the Excise<lb></lb>
Office was Necessary to Intitle the Informer to the<lb></lb>
