<p n="261">out of the Rents of the Estate belonging to this County<lb></lb>
after that the Sumes with which such Estate then stood<lb></lb>
charged should be paid and not out of the Moneys raised<lb></lb>
or to be raised for repairing the said House of Correccon<lb></lb>
or other Prisons belonging to this County Now for as much<lb></lb>
as this Court is of Opinion that the reimburseing the said<lb></lb>
Sume of Fourty eight pounds thirteen Shillings and Six<lb></lb>
pence to the said Sir <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55600_n261-1">Henry Penrice</rs>

of Treasurers out of the Rent of the Estate<lb></lb>
belonging to this County is very improper It is Ordered by<lb></lb>
this Court that such part of the said Order of the Eleventh<lb></lb>
day of October last as directs such reimbursment out of<lb></lb>
the same be and the same is hereby reversed & discharged<lb></lb>
And this Court doth desire that the said Sr. <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55600_n261-2">Henry Penrice</rs>

<interp inst="LMSMGO55600_n261-2" type="surname" value="Penrice"></interp>

will advance & pay the said Sume of Fourty eight pounds<lb></lb>
thirteen Shillings & Six pence upon Accompt of doing the<lb></lb>
repairs aforesaid unto such Persons as the said Committee<lb></lb>
of Justices or any three of them shall by Writing under<lb></lb>
their hands Certify the same to be due and payable<lb></lb>
whose Receipts with this Order Shall be sufficient<lb></lb>
discharges to the said Sr. <rs type="persName" id="LMSMGO55600_n261-3">Henry Penrice</rs>
