MIDDLESEX COMMITMENTS.

riotously, and tumultuously assembling with other persons in Great Queen
Street, in the parish of St. Giles in the Fields , on the 7th of June last,
and forcibly and feloniously assisting in pulling down and demolishing the
house of Mr. Robert Kilby Cox< no role > . Dated Dec. 19, 1780.

Detained on oath of Thomas Etherton< no role > and others, for unlawfully, riot-
ously, and tumultuously assembling with other persons at the house of
Robert Kilby Cox< no role > , Esq ; situate in Great Queen-street , Lincoln's-inn -
Fields, on the 7th of June last, and forcibly and felonously aiding and
assisting in pulling down and demolishing the said house. Dated Dec. 21,
1780.

22 Elizabeth Thompson< no role > , in Clerkenwell-bridewell , committed by J. Girdler,
Esq; on oath of Leonard Newton, for privately stealing from his person
one guinea and one half guinea. Dated Dec. 27, 1780.

23 Hugh Hughes< no role > , in Clerkenwell -bridewel, committed by J. Sherwood, Esq ;
on oath of Frederick William Sporman< no role > and another, on suspicion of
burglariously breaking into a cellar adjoining and belonging to his dwell-
ing house, and taking thereout one cag containing a quantity of brandy,
and one other cag containing a quantity of bitters, the property of Sa-
muel Rutley< no role > . Dated Jan. 4, 1781.

in Clerkenwell-bridewell , committed by J. Sher-
wood, Esq ; on oath of Robert Davis< no role > , for feloni-
ously assaulting, in company with one John Henley< no role > , on the high-
way, in New Gravel-lane, Shadwell , putting him in fear, stabbing him
in the throat, and stealing from his person a silk handkerchief. Dated
Jan. 5, 1781.

25 Susannah Jackson< no role > , in New-prison , committed by J. Sherwood, Esq ; on
oath of Michael Fenning< no role > , on suspicion of being concerned with William
Jackson in burglariously breaking his dwelling house and stealing 7 su-
gar loaves, 3 cannisters of tea, several cheeses, and a quantity of half-
pence. Dated Dec. 6, 1780.

Detained by name of Susannah Smith< no role > , as an evidence on his Majesty< no role > 's be-
half, against William Jackson< no role > , who stands charged on oath for having
burglariously broken & entered the dwelling-house of Michael Famming< no role > ,
and stealing a quantity of tea, sugar, and cheese. Dated Dec. 15, 1780.

Detained as an evidence against William Johnson< no role > , who stands charged on
a violent suspicion of having feloniously received a certain quantity of
tea, sugar, and cheese, the property of Michael Famming< no role > , knowing the
same to be stolen. Dated Dec. 15, 1780.

25 Henry King< no role > , in New-prison , committed by S. Wright, Esq ; on oath of
Charles Stringer< no role > and others, on suspicion of having wilfully, maliciously,
and feloniously shot at the said Charles Stringer< no role > with a pistol loaded with
powder and ball, and wounded him in the right arm. Dated Dec. 4,
1780.

Detained on oath of John Dashecourt< no role > and others, for feloniously assaulting
Atabella Wentworth< no role > , on the highway in the county of Kent , putting
