extorted and exacted, and still doe continue to<lb></lb>
exact and extort, from their Maties Subjects<lb></lb>
using the said Marketts, unreasonable and<lb></lb>

unaccustomed Sumes of money for their<lb></lb>
standings and places in the said severall Marketts,<lb></lb>
and beyond what hath beene heretofore usually<lb></lb>
paid for the same, contrary to Law and to the<lb></lb>
generall prjudice and Greivance of their Maties<lb></lb>
subjects using the said Marketts, and inhabiting and<lb></lb>
residing in and about this Citie.</p>
