Sheweth

That Yor. Petitr. was on the 2d. day of February 1756
by Virtue of a Warrant under the Hand and Seal of Justice
Spurling Committed to Newgate for the Murder of Joshua Kidden< no role >

Your Petr. therefore Most Humble Prays that She may at
this Present Session be Tried, Bailed or discharged
of the Crime aforesaid according to the Form of the Statute
in that Case made and provided.
