Westmr. Coal<lb></lb>
Merchant on his Oath says that last Tuesday was 3 Weeks<lb></lb>
the Deced with the Deponent & another fellow Servant was lodging<lb></lb>
a Coal Cart at the sd. Mr. Hoare's Dock at Milbank and the Deced was coming along the Shore Plank<lb></lb>
with a Lack of Coals on his Back, he missed his Step and fell<lb></lb>
down into the Water with the Lack of Coals and the Lack of Coals fall on his Leg and he was taken<lb></lb>
up directly and found his right Leg was Broke, the Bone coming<lb></lb>
through by Stocking, the Deced was immediately taken to Westmr.<lb></lb>
Hospital, and Died there the 31st, day of July 1773, Deponent say<lb></lb>
