Westmr. on his Oath saith, That about four years ago Dept.<lb></lb>
was a Serjeant in the Cold Stream Regarment of foot General<lb></lb>
and being Recrinting in <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65206_geo378">Hampshire</rs>

in a Post Chain from Farnham to Enlist Says that he did<lb></lb>
Enlist the Deced, That he was there informed by several<lb></lb>
Persons that the Deced was not in his perfect Senses, and<lb></lb>
that he this Dept. has at different times since observed<lb></lb>
the Deced to be Disordered in his Mind, as this Dept<lb></lb>
verily believes. And this Dept. says that he was<lb></lb>
at home yesterday Morning about ten o'Clock when<lb></lb>
his Wife came home and informed Dept. that the Deced<lb></lb>
had cut his Throat, Says that he went out immediately<lb></lb>
and found the Deced lying on his back in a Hole in a<lb></lb>
Stable Yard, on the back part of Houses in <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65206_geo380">Great George<lb></lb>
Street</rs>

in the said Parish of St. Margaret, Says that he<lb></lb>
saw a wound in Deced's Throat, and much Blood upon<lb></lb>
his Cloaths, and that Deced was Dead, and that Dept. was<lb></lb>
informed by People that were standing there that Deced had<lb></lb>
cut his Throat. and that the Deced afterwards Stabbed<lb></lb>
himself in the Belly.</p>
