in the Parish and County aforesaid<lb></lb>
And having with divers other Prisoners in an unlawfull riotous and tumultous<lb></lb>
Manner assembled themselves together and attempted to break out of and escape<lb></lb>
from the said Prison And having also in such their Attempt unlawfully and<lb></lb>
with Force and Arms assaulted certain Person's to the Jurors aforesaid unknown<lb></lb>
who were then and there Stationed to keep the said Prison and to prevent the<lb></lb>
Prisoners therein confined from breaking out and escaping there from They the<lb></lb>
said Persons so as aforesaid unknown in their own Defence and in Order to<lb></lb>
prevent the said Prisoners from making their Escape as aforesaid certain<lb></lb>
Guns Loaded with Gunpowder and Leaden Bullets which they then and<lb></lb>
there had and held in their Hands to and amongst the said Prisoners did<lb></lb>
then and there shoot off and discharge By Means whereof they the said<lb></lb>
