Dept. was on the timber Blackmore halloed out & sayed<lb></lb>

I Fancy I am (mary the deced) is over board<lb></lb>
Dept. heard a Splashing in the water near some Craft that<lb></lb>
lay at Mr. Heddingtons to loaf adjoining Mr. NYaroways<lb></lb>
Dept. immediately went there & saw the deceds head just<lb></lb>
above the Waterthat soon after the deced such under the<lb></lb>
WaterThat in about twenty Minutes after the deced & appeared quite dead<lb></lb>
was taken out of the Water near the Place & was taken to<lb></lb>
the public house where he now lied</p>
