that on sight hereof you summon and Warm Twenty four able and Sufficient then of your
Parishpersonally to be and appear before me on Mondaythe

Afternoon of the same day at the Vestry Hall of the said parish
then and there to do and execute all such things that shall be given them in charge and
to inguire on the behalf on our Sovereign Lord the King touching the Death of

you attend as the time and place above mentioned to make areturn of the names
of those whom you have so Summoned and further to do and execute such other
