late a Tinman in Holborn that the Lease of said<lb></lb>
Mr. Howes's House is near Expiring and should be<lb></lb>
glad to treat for a further Term for the benefit<lb></lb>
of the Children of the said Mr. Howes.</p>
<p n="2908">Agreed that when Mr. Howes's<lb></lb>
Lease Expires, Mr. Lewis shall remain Tenant<lb></lb>
to the Trustees of the above Estate on such Terms<lb></lb>
as shall be hereafter agreed on.</p>
