did sell the same to discharge the Debt<lb></lb>
due to this HospitalThat her said husband at his death left her and<lb></lb>
three Children unprovided for, who have been from time to time supported by<lb></lb>
the Charitable Assistance of her friends, most of which are now dead, and<lb></lb>
she is now near 70 years of Age and reduced to very great extremitys, and one<lb></lb>
of her Children continually labouring under a paralytick Distemper, and not<lb></lb>
able to support himself, another of them is dead, and the third at Caroline,<lb></lb>
from whom the Petr. never reced any releifand praying the Court to<lb></lb>
taker her deplorable case into Consideration and to allow her such Assistance<lb></lb>
and releif as to them shall seem meetThis Comittee finding that<lb></lb>
Benevolences have been heretofore given by the Govrs. to the Widows of the<lb></lb>
Stewards of this Hospital that have dyed and left this familys in low<lb></lb>
Circumstances, are of opinion to gie to the said <rs type="persName" id="BBBRMG20205_n3948-8">Elizabth Bayly</rs>

described in a ground Plott to the said Indre annexedTo hold for the<lb></lb>
Term of 67 years from Midsummer them last at the Rent of £6 P ann<lb></lb>
payable quarterlyThat the Messer Premes afterwards by mesne<lb></lb>
Assignments became vested in the Petr. for the resideue of the said Term wth<lb></lb>
expires at Midsumer 1736That the said Messnage is old and in<lb></lb>
decay, but the Petr. is willing and proposes to late a new Lease thereof<lb></lb>
from the expiration of the Term in the old Lease, for the term of 21 years<lb></lb>
on payment of the old kent of £6. P ann and putting the premes into<lb></lb>
repair, and is willing to pay a fine of 10 Guineas for the sameAnd<lb></lb>
praying a Lease thereof according to his said ProposalsIt is ordered<lb></lb>
that it be referred to the Comittee of this House to consider of the said<lb></lb>
Petition and to report their Opinion therein to the Court.</p>
