Upon reading a Report dated the 28th. day of Aprill Instant under the
hands of Mr. John Beacher< no role > Mr. Francis Powell< no role > & Mr. Jno Barber< no role > three of
the Governor s of these hospitals That in persuance of an Order of Court
of the 13th. day of Novemr. Last they have made Inquiry and do find that
Richard Cook< no role > who Served her Apprenticeship in this Hospital) is sett up
for himselfe in ye Trade of a Weaver and has the Character of a diligent
SobermanIt is Ordered that the Steward of this hospital do give and
pay unto ye said Richard Cook< no role > Tenn pounds out of Mr. Locks Gift

Upon reading a Report dated ye 28th. day of Aprill Instant under the
hands of Lawrence Parker< no role > Esqr . & Samuel Rush< no role > Esqr . two of the Govrs .
of these Hospitals That in persuance of an Order of Court of the 5th. day of
February Last they have made Inquiry and do find that Francis Pinnes< no role >
(who Served his apprenticeship in this hospital) is set up for himselfe
in the Trade of a Weaver and has the Character of a diligent Sober man
It is Ordered That the steward of this hospital do give and pay
unto ye said Francis Pinnes Ten pounds out of Mr Locks Gift

is set up for himselfe in the Trade of a Weaver and has the Character of a
diligent Sober manIt is Ordered that the steward of the hospital
do give and pay unto ye said Richard Pyrton< no role > Ten Pounds out of Mr
