This Indenture Witnesseth That Ann Phillips< no role > daughter of Phillips late of the
Pish of St Buttolphs wth out Aldgate Labour Doth put herselfe an Apprentice unto George Healing< no role > of the Pish aforesaid Milkman
to learne his Arte with him after the manner of An Apprentice to Serve from the
day of the date hereofunto the full End & term of Seaven Yeares from thence next Ensueing &
fully to be Compleate & Ended Dureing wth: terme the said Apprentice her said Mr faithfully shall serve his
Secreets keep his Lawfull Comands every where gladly doe she shall doe noe Damage to her said Mr norfee
be done of others but that she to her Power shall letter forthwith give notice or warneing to her said Mr of
the same she shall not waste the goods of her said Mr nor lend them unlawfully to any without Lycence of her
said Mr she shall neither buy nor Sell nor Absent herself from her said Mr Service day nor night unlawfully
but in all things as a faithfull Appntice shall behave herselfe towards her said Mr & all his dureing [..]
said term And the said Mr his said Appntice in the same Art which he now Useth after the best ma [..]
that he fan shall teach & Instructe or cause to be caughte & Instructee finding and Provideing for the
said Appntice Meat drink washing Lodging & Apparrell & all other neccessaries dureing the said term And
for the true Performance of all & every the said Corts: and Agreemts: eithere of the said Parties bind
themselves unto the other firmly by these Prnts In Witness whereof the Parties above named to these Indenture
have Interchangeably Sett their hands & Seales the Twentieth day of Aprill Anno Dui 1691 And in [..]
