Ann Holdbrooke< no role > the widow of Henry Holdbrooke< no role >
deced maketh oath that about fourteen Years ago She this
Deponent was lawfully married to her Said late husband in
the Church belonging to the Parish of St George in the Said
County of Middx That her Said husband lately rented a
house at the Yearly rent of Sixteen Guineas in the Parish
of St Botolph without Aldgate in the Sd County & was
Charged to and Paid Poors Rates for the Same and died
in the Sd house legally Settled in the Sd Parish That she
hath three Children & lawful Issue by her Sd husband
now living namely Mary< no role > aged about thirteen
Years Elizabeth< no role > aged about twelve Years & Margaret Jane< no role >
Aged about five Years none of which Children have as
Yet done any Act to gain a Settlement for themselves
That her Said late husband previous to his Marriage
with this Deponent had a wife named Sarah< no role > to whom
he had been lawfully married as She this Deponent
has been informed & believes & left behind him at the
time of his death a Son by Such wife named Jonathan
Holdbrooke
< no role > aged about Seventeen Years who has done
no Act to this Deponents Knowledge or belief to gain
a Settlement for himself
