depos'd, That the Prisoner and another Person came and took Lodgings at the Prosecutor's House, where she lived, and after they had been there some Time, one of them went away, and then t'other, and when they came to look into the Room, the Goods were gone; and that afterwards they finding the Prisoner in broad St. Giles's, caused him to be apprehended; but they having no real Foundation for charging the Prisoner, the Jury
