It appeared that the Prisoners were observed to walk to and fro the Prosecutor's Shop, and Goddard was seen to put his Hand over the Shop Window and take the Goods, that going off, was himself taken with them upon him. The Jury found him guilty to the value of 10 d. But the Evidence not being strong enough against the other, he was acquitted .
