Examination TextWilliam Hyde aged 50 Years removed from St Giles in the ffields upon his Oath saith that she was never Married nor bound Apprentice that he served about One Year & Ten Months under a yearly hiring with Mr John Rawlings a Pawnbroker the corner of Broad Court in long Acre in the Parish of Saint Martin in the ffields within the Liberty of Westminster at the Yearly Wages of Eight Pounds diet & lodging quitted the same about 26 Years ago , since which he had not been a yearly hired Servant in any one Place for Twelve Months together not done any Act to gain a subsequent Settlement. Sworn this 9th Day of August 1792 before me Wm Hyde. W Hyde
