| Examination Text | Isabella Cardwell aged 20 Years removed from St Sepulchre upon her Oath saith that she was never Married nor bound Apprentice that she served Two Years & upwards under a Yearly hiring with Mr John Manleyat the Saint of the Black house in Vine Street in the Parish of Saint Martin in the ffields at the Yearly Wages of ffive Pounds diet & lodging quitted the same then May 1790 since which she hath not been a yearly hired servant in any one place for Twelve Months together not done any Act to gain a subsequent Settlement.
