For the Good of the Publick.

Whereas several goodwomen and others of that sex in this Kingdom have contracted an evil Habit of body, wherein the vicious Humours at first dispersed through the whole, coming at length to be lodged in one part or another, for Causes too long here to be mentioned, are thrown down upon the Womb, occasioning a dangerous Weakness in that Part, which being neglected at last turns cancerous, and often proves fatal. This is to acquaint all such as may have Occasion, that a speedy Relief is to be had, from an experienced Midwife, at the Sign of the Queens-Arms, A Goldsmith's near Exeter-Exchange in the Strand, who perform'd a Care upon a Lady at the Bath, after she was given over by Physicians and since has bred several Gentlewomen and others in the City of Suburbs of London.

I Do publickly declare, That my Child having for a long time been reduc'd to extreme Sufferings and Danger, by the hard Breeding of Teeth was (by good Providence) immediately reliev'd, upon the Use of a Remedy Trial of Mr. Perronet, Surgeon; Witness my Hand, Mar. Adams, at the Globe Eating House in Shoe-lane, Within one door of Fleetstreet. This Remedy is sold for 2 s. 6 d. per Vial, by Mr. Alcraft, at the Blue-Coat Boy against the Royal Exchange in Cornhill; and by the Author Mr. Perronet aforesaid, at the Surgeons-Arms against the End of Dorset-street in St. Giles in the Fields; whose Wife effectually cures all kinds of Ruptures in young Children.

Note, At the aforesaid Places may also be had Sire Kenelm Digby's famous Apoplectick Snuff, being a most excellent Remedy for all Pains, Dizziness, Vapours, Sleapiness, and Imposthumes of the Head; cures Rhuem upon the Eyes; Dimness of Sight, and Thickness of Hearing. Price 2 s. 6 d. per Paper.
