1704 Saith that her this Deponts Husband was a
Servt to ye late King James and lived in or abt ye
Mews wch is in ye parish of St Martins in ye feilds
in ye Said County as he told this Dept and furthr
Saith that to this Depnts Knowledge her Said
Husband has not Gained any other Settlemt
but in ye Sd parish of St Martins in ye feilds Since

goeing into ye Church of St Clemts Danes in Sermon time wch
was in pease time & abt 3 Months past George Deans< no role >
Sexton of the Sd parish invited her this Exmt to See ye
Vestry roome Where Shee this Exmnt went into
and afterwards forth her into the Closet in ye Sd
vestry roome where he then had ye Carnall
Knowledge of her body and then gave this Exmnt
Six pence & ye next Sunday after he ye Sd George Deane< no role >
had ye Carnall Knowledge of her body in ye Same
place and then promisced her this Exmnt a paire of
Gloves And Further Saith that Some time after this
Exmnt being Sent by Mrs Mary Hayes< no role > to ye
Belferry for Shaveings Where ye said George Deane< no role >
had alsoe ye Carnall Knowledge of her body in ye
Floore thereof and then gave her two pence
