Attending at the Lion Holles Street near ten at
Night (Marks being apprehended) when he proposed
taking the Child and endeavouring to get some
friend he join with him as Security to Indemnify
the parish & promised to appear on Tuesday if the
Overseer would Indulge him attending on
Tuesday the [..] 13th at Mr Walker's when he brot.
up and Majistrate Ordered that he take the Child
& give an Indemnification and Attending on
the 15th. when he ord being able to raise a friend
the Overseer agreed to take him own Note,
preparing same & attending when he discharged}

Notice they should Appeal agst an Order of Removal
of Mrs. Pain & Child from this parish unless the
Order were Abandoned Attendg. the Pauper at their
Workhouse Examining her when it appeared she had given a Wrong
Acct and Attending on the Vestry Clerk agreed to
take the Pauper back Drawing Abandonment
