the last Vestry day and desineing a New lease of Mrs. Tryes house in

Holborne for 23 Years paying a Fyne of 120d.

Ordered that a New Lease be made for 23 Years Comenteing
Michas 1715 at the old rent and under the usuall Convnants
that the Fyne be pd. and the lease executed before Xtmas
day meet.

Mr. Tilden appearing according to his request the last Vestry declard
he would not give the £145 Fyne.

Mr. Henry Green< no role > of Dukes place Carpenter appearing at this
board and offering £150. Fyne for the houses in Dukes place
Case in the Possion of Mr. Tilden

Ordered a New lease be made for 31 Years Comenceing Michas
last under the usuall Coventd. and the rent of 10d. a yeare
clear of all Tax & that the Fyne be Pd. & the lease executed
the 2d. Tuesday in December.
