the 12th Instant Reports that upon Inquiry finds that

Mother £30: to be paid her at Marriage and £20 more
to be paid at ye Birth of her 1st Child and Legacys' to ye rest
of ye sd Child by ye sd Grand Mother

Whereas there is a difference Arrisen betweene the
Rector and this Pish about Pews Ordrd that a Peticon be
drawne and Prsented to the Bp of London hlly Praying
his Lopp Literpose wth his Authority in the said matter

Alsoe that Capt Bradshaw and Mr Willett doe Survey ye
worke done charged in ye Paviors bill

Likewise that the Draught of the Petn read directed to
the Lord Keep praying his Lopp to make One or more
of ye Gent there in named Justices of the Peace for
this County be Ingrossed and Prsented
