This Board being informed that the Policys for insuring £500. in
the Westminster Fire Office upon the Tenements belonging to this
Parish in St. James Dukes Place was near Expiring it was
unanimously agreed that Mr. Justice Hammond be desired to renew
the same for seven Years & that Mr. Chimmow the Collector of the Rents
of that Estate pay Mr. Justice Hammond the Expence of such Renewal
& that the same be allowed in his Accounts.
