of Buryals for the month of Septr. last

Resolved & agreed that the Rate for the necessary
Releif of the poor for the 3d. Qur. be at 5 in the pound
Rents

Resolved & Agreed that in case any Action or
Actions be brought agt. the Justices of the peace for
Signing Warrants of Distress agt. such of the Inhitants
of this Parish as shall refuse to pay the poors Rate
or the Church wardens & Overseers of the poor
Executing the same that such Action or Actions
shall be defended by the Church wardens or Overseers
& the costs allowed them in their Account
