get their Printed Bill Altered Agreed that All Clause
should be Attended to in the Committee on the Bill
whereupon the following Heads of Clauses were Read
to them and they desired to be furnished with the
Particulars at an early day

Heads Read to the City Committee

The City Committee to Agree to a Clause that the
Land Tax shall be Paid

That a like Clause for Payment of the Pavement
Rate shall be inserted

That a like Clause shall be inserted for Payment
of all Parochial Taxes that the Parish may sustain by
taking down

That the Clause empowering the Jury to consid [..]
all Claims of individuals either for years or at Will [..]
for the losses they may Sustain for Moneys paid for
Good Will for loss of Situation for Improvements Fan [..]
Stock or Injury being Removed shall be consented to in
the Committee

Every thing arising to be determined by a Jury

The Jury to be paid by the City

The ameliorating Clause to be upon the same
footing as the Clause where part of the Premises taken

Also the Liberty of Objecting and Offering all out
other Clauses and Provisoes as shall be hereafter tender [..]
in the Committee

Adjourned from the Council Chamber to
Guildhall Coffee house where it was moved & Seconded
