Mr. Bird then Moved and was seconded by
Mr. Rust-That No Person should in future
be placed by the Churchwarden in the Almshouse
of this Parish until such Person should have
been previously nominated to the Vestry of this
Parish at some public Vestry, examined by
the Vestry Clerk and sworn to such Examination
before a Magistrate-and duly approved of
by Vestry after such Examination.
