Clerk of this Parish to make such Consent and desire to
oppose the Bill known to them at a Vestry and consult
them on the occasion and the Bill being Read the matter
was fully debated but adjourned till some of the Genl.
had seen sir Charles Whitworth< no role >
which they did in the
afternoon when it was agreed this Parish should oppose
such Bill and the Vestry Clerk was directed to prepare
such Petition and oppose the said Bill in behalf of
this Parish in conjunction with the other Parishes in the
Liberty of Westminster
who should Unite in opposeing
the same
