Mr. Churchwarden Seager reported to this Vestry that
he has received the Sum of £400 from Mr. Francis
Hurlbatt one of the Tenants of the Estate in Holborn
belonging to this Parish as a Fine for dispensing with
the Covenants for rebuilding the Promises in the
Occupation of the said Mr. Hurlbatt the Feoffees
in Trust for said Estate having pursuant to Agreement
cancelled the Old Leases for rebuilding the said promises
and granted the said Mr. Hurlbatt Repairing Leases
for the remainder of the Term of the Old ones.
