At a Meeting of the Churchwardens and
Trustees of the Holborn Estate to receive a further
Proposal from Mr. Hurlbatt

delivered in
a further proposal concerning that part of the Estate
in Holborn Leased to the late Mr. Coy which was
read and was as follows for the Trustees to dispense
with the Covenants of the Old Leases for rebuilding
and to grant him fresh Leases for repairing said
Estate during the Term of the Old Leases in
Consideration of which Mr. Hurlbatt offers by his
said Proposal to pay to the Parish the sum of
£300 which the Trustees and Churchwardens
thought inadequate for dispensing with the Covenants
of the Old Leases and Resolved that £400 should
be the lowest Sum to be taken for that purpose and
if that should be refused Mr. Hurlbatt to abide by the
Covenants of the Old Leases Whereupon Mr. Hurlbatt
was called in and acquainted therewith and agreed to
comply with the resolution of the Trustees (Vizt) that
he will pay £400 to the Parish and immediately surrendr.
