Mr. Hurlbatt attended in Order
to deliver in a further Proposal concerning that
part of the Holborn Estate which was Leased
to Mr. Coy, but as Bartholomew Hammond< no role > Esqr.
could not attend at this Meeting,

It was Resolved to Adjourn to Monday
next the 21st. Instant at Ten O' Clock in the
forenoon if agreeable to Mr. Hammond

Memorandum The 21st. Instant being fixed
for taking the ballot for Vestry Clerk of this Parish
in the room of the late Mr. Chimmow the Meeting
of the Trustees was Obliged to be deferred till a
more convenient Day
