And upon the Question being put it was Carried
for Mr. Betney by a great Majority

Upon which he was declared duly Elected
Vestry keeper and Sexton in the room of the
deceased Mr. Warford on this special Condition
that he Allow the said Mr. Warford's Widow
Eight Shillings Per Week during her life
or his continuance in the said Office
