Trustees of the Holborn Estate

Mr. Dade having surveyed that part of the Holborn
Estate which was Leased by the Trustees to Mr. Coy
and made an Estimate of the Valuation thereof
pursuant to an Order of the last Meeting of the Trustees
The same was Read

Mr. Hurlbatt delivered in another Proposal concerng.
other part of the said Estate in the Possession of the
Executers of Mr. Hows

Which was also Read and rejected.

Resolved That it is not for the benefit
of this Parish to close with the Proposals given
in by Mr. Hurlbatt on the 29th. July the conditions
of which being greatly inadequate to the Value of
that part of the Estate Leased to Mr. Coy and
which Mr. Hurlbatt proposes to take for a
further terms
