Upon the representation of Mr. Lewis of little Stanhope
Street May fair Surviving Executor of Mr. Howes
late a Tinman in Holborn that the Lease of said
Mr. Howes's House is near Expiring and should be
glad to treat for a further Term for the benefit
of the Children of the said Mr. Howes.

Agreed that when Mr. Howes's
Lease Expires, Mr. Lewis shall remain Tenant
to the Trustees of the above Estate on such Terms
as shall be hereafter agreed on.
