Resolved that the consideration of repairing the Church
Clock and Chimes be referred to a future Vestry on
Account of the Indisposition of Mr. Smith who had
sent an Estimate of the Expence of said Repair
to Mr. Churchwarden Wallis and could not Attend,
Mr. Beaty late one of the Overseers of the Poor of this
Parish having incurred an Action for a supposed Assault
