in consideration
of the Distresses of the Poor in this present severe Season
having been pleased to give to the Parishes of St. Clement
Danes and St. Mary le Strand
the Sum of £50, (Vizt.
£40 to St. Clement Danes
and £10, to St. Mary le
Strand
)to be distributed by the Vestries of the respective
Parishes amongst such poor House Keepers, as shall
be deemed Object to partake of His Grace's Bounty
and not to the common
receivers of Alms;
