His Grace the Duke of Northumberland in consideration
of the Distresses of the Poor in this present severe Season
having been pleased to give to the Parishes of St. Clement
Danes and St. Mary le Strand the Sum of £50, (Vizt.
£40 to St. Clement Danes and £10, to St. Mary le
Strand )to be distributed by the Vestries of the respective
Parishes amongst such poor House Keepers, as shall
be deemed Object to partake of His Grace's Bounty
and not to the common receivers of Alms;

A Motion made by Thomas Lane< no role > Esqr . and
Seconded by Richard Kilsha< no role > Esqr . Mr. Heath and
others that the hearty thanks of this Parish by their
Vestry be given to His Grace the Duke of
Northumberland for his kind & seasonable Gift
of £50, to the said Parishes of St. Clement Danes
& St. Mary le Strand ,
