Resolved and Agreed that the Churchwardens
be Indemnified in withholding the said Pew

Resolved and Agreed that the Churchwardens
& Vestry Co wait on Mr Northey & acquaint him they
had Searched at Doctors Commons and find that
no Faculty was ever Granted to the Northey

Family to hold any Pew in this Parish Church
& Report Mr Northeys answer to this Board
