The report of Messrs. George Prince< no role > the Surveyor
appointed by the Parish and of Mr. Montague
one of the City Surveyors to whom the Values
of the Two Houses belonging to the Parish
Situate in the Church Yard was Referred [..]
was Read and is as follows. Vizt.

Mr. George Prince< no role > and William Montague< no role > [..]
hereby Certify that we have viewed two Freehold Houses
on the North side of Saint Clement Church yard & South
Side of Wych Street , the Estate of the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes One where of No. 2, Now or late in the Occupation
of Edward as Assignee of a Lease Granted to
John Yeoman< no role > for a term which will expire at Christon [..]
1799 at thirty Pounds a year clear of Taxes except the [..]
and Sewer Tax and the other No. 3. now or late in the
Occupation of Benjamin Menshall< no role > by Virtue of a
Lease for a Term which will expire at Lady Day
1816 at twenty eight pounds a year clear of taxes
except the Sewer and Land tax and having duly
considered the Value of the same we are of Opinion
that the Sum of Nine hundred and Fifty Pounds should
be paid to the said Parish in full for the purchase of [..]
Freehold and Inheritance of the said Premises /Subject to
the said two several Leases, but clear of all other;
Incum [..] ances on their making out a good Title to the said
Premises and executing a proper Conveyance thereof to the
Mayor &c. of London or such person or persons as they shall
Appoint Dated this thirty first Day of March 1797.
