It being the only Proposal Sent
It was moved by Mr. Joyce and Seconded by Mr.
Collier that an Advertisement be inserted in the
Morning Advertiser, and the Times informing the
Public at large that a Meeting would be held on
Thursday the 25th.. day of October Instant to Contract
with such Persons as are willing to Serve the Poor
in the Workhouse
with Butter and Cheese for Twelve
Months
