This was a Meeting to take into Consideration the Propose
delivered for a Coal Contract which being Read and the
Question put relative to them.

It was Resolved that a Contract should be prepared &
signed with Messrs. Windle & Willkinson at the following
Prices Vizt. - 30 Chaldron at 40 Shills. and 20 Chaldron
at 38 Shills Per Chaldron.

Mr. Charlwood attended to give a Character to Richard
Bunce< no role > the Honemaker who offered to take a Poor Boy
Apprentice when the Matter was referred to Mr. Rhodes to
settle at his own Discretion.

Petition from the Beadles for a Regulate
of their Fees were read and it was Ordered
that same should be laid before the next
Vestry.
