Opinion that such a Measure would not before the
Real Interest of the Parish, as the home brewd Beer
proposed to be furnishd even tho' it should be of
equal Strenth with Porter would not be so proper for
the Sick, the Porter being of great Efficacy in a
Medical way [..] in facilitating the Recovery of such
as had been weakn'd by long sickness or a Course
of Physic, and advis'd that the Measure should
by no means be adopted - whereupon It was resolved
that the Porter should be allow'd as usual, but
the Board requested of Mr. Moore that he would
be cautions that his Orders for it were not continue
longer than he should find absolutely necessary
Audittes the several Tradesmen's Bills amount
to £1702 12 - 1 & Ordd. to be paid.

The Bill of Perrices the Green man being
of a layer Amount than ordinary the same
was investicated and the Board thinking that
it was a growing Evil desireded the Overseers
to use their own Disoretion in dealing
with some other Person
