Parliament And also of all Penalties contained in
every Contract for Nonperformance thereof and the
mode prescribed for Recovery or Levying thereof,
and also the times whenwhenthe respective
Streets Lanes and other Passages and Places are to be
Cleansed and the Lamps Lighted and cleaned
Also on Account of the Penaltys contained in the
Act of Parliament heretofore Published by the Committee

Ordered that the Clerk Advertize for Proposals
in order to Contract for the Scavengers Work &
Lighting Lamps within this Commitees Jurisdiction
for One Two or Three Years (at the Option of
this Committee) from Michaelmas next the
proposals to be delivered in the third day of
May next at Six in the afternoon

Resolved that the Contracts at present
subsisting between Mr. Wm Meredith< no role > and
Mr George Buddle< no role > be continued for One Year
fromMichalemas next
