Shares of the Rates or Assessments made by virtue
of the above Act to be a Committee for the better and
more effectual carrying the said Act into Execution
and the said several Persons having been Summoned
to attend this meeting the said Mr Burnthwaite
Mr Wingrove, Mr. Burton, Mr. Ireland, & Mr Nurse
attended accordingly when it was proposed and
unanimously agreed that Mr. Burnthwaite take
the Chair

Repairs of the Carriage way of the Strand by Contract
One Quarter to Christmas last £27-10s:0d and
another for Jobbing work in other parts of the
Parish the same time £31:15s-9d together £69..5s-9d
which being Read and the inspector examined
thereto this Committee drew a Draft on the
Bankers for that amount payable to the said
Willm. Meredith or Bearer
