Read the returns of the Inspector of Lamps.

Read an Advertisement from this Committee in the Daily
Advertiser bearing date the 2d day of March last, which has been
Published weekly for Contractors to deliver in at this time and place
Proposals for Cleansing the Streets and other places. Also for
Lighting the Lamps both for one two or three years at the Option of
this Committee And also for Relaying [..] the Pavements in the Foot
and Carriage ways of the several Streets and Places that may be necessary
to be done and Thomas Coleman< no role > having proposed to clean the Streets
Etc as in his proposal mentioned, but no other Person having offered
to do so. Resolved that the Clerk Advertise a new for Contractors

The following Persons having proposed to find and Light
the Lamps Etc agreable to the Advertisement for One Year from
Michaelmas next (which this Committee to be the time
