Mr. Richardson being Summoned on the Complaint
of Mr Dawson agreable to the Order of the last
meeting when Mr Dawson and James Best< no role > being
heard relative to such Complaint and Mr Richardson
in Reply, when Mr Dawson signified a wish that no
Fine should take place relative to the Nuisance
complained of and Mr Richardson promised that
he would by all means in his Power prevent a like
nuisance in future.

A Letter signed an Observed addressed to Mr
Prince being Read Ordered that he Communi-
-cate such Letter to the Jury of Annoyance
and also to the Surveyor of the District
