Mr. Dax of Cooks Court Attending and Complaining to this Committee of the
badness of Lighting the Lamps therein Ordered that Messrs: Raine & Horobin have [..]
that Unless the Lamps be Lighted according to their Contract this Committee will bring
Actions against them and their Security for performance thereof.

Mr. James Higley< no role > the Jobbing Carpenter to this Committee requesting same [..]
on Account of Work done and the Supervisor to this Committee certifying there is upon
of Two hundred Pounds worth of work done by the said James Higley< no role > Ordered
it be recommended to the Commissioners to pay the said James Higley< no role > £100 on Account
which purpose this Committee signed a Certificate to the Commrs.

Mr. Thomas Stevens< no role > the Jobbing Bricklayer to this Committee request
£50 on Account of Work done by him and the Supervisor to this Committee certificate
there is upward of one hundred Pounds worth of work done by the said Thomas Stevens< no role >
Ordered that it be recommended to the Commrs. to pay the said Thomas Stevens< no role > [..]
Pounds on account for which purpose this Committee signed a Certificate to the Common .

Mr. Richard Buddle< no role > a Contractor with this Committee for Paving the Fost
of Essex Street Beaufort Buildings and several other places desiring One Hundred
Pounds more on account of his Contract and the Supervisor to this Committee
the said Mr. Buddle has done upwards of Four hundred Pounds worth of work
Ordered that it be recommended to the Commrs: to pay the said Richard Buddle< no role >
One hundred Pounds. more on account for which purpose this Committee signed
Certificate to the Commrs.
